At Armstrong Garden Centers, we want you to be successful in your garden; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Our Lifetime Guarantee also applies to many of our trees and shrubs to ensure your long-term gardening success.

Return Process

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original register receipt or order confirmation email to ensure a smooth processing of your return or exchange.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the item is in its original condition; for live plants, please continue to water them until they are returned to the garden center.

• 3.
  Visit a Location

  Bring your items and proof of purchase to any Armstrong Garden Centers location to speak with one of our certified nursery professionals.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, or you may select a store credit for future garden projects.
